i feel like i've seen that guy's work before. didn't he have a huge joint piece on the roof of the NMA a summer or two ago?
hmm, now that you mention it, the work does seem familar. I don't know who the artist(s) are of this work. I snapped it while driving around in Portland near the N. Mississippi Street area. Maybe Andrea (Hula?) has some insite to this work?
