Have I mentioned that I work with a really great group of people? The office is fairly small and local, a big change from my old job- the school district is one of the largest employers in the county and often felt disjointed and impersonal (especially near the end...).

My boss has built the company from the ground up and has done a great job hand picking some really amazing talent along the way.

I work with mostly engineers, so you would think the office would be a little stuffy, but when you get that many brainy people together, you also get antics and fun.
We recently hired a marketing person, she promptly took the reins as the fun committee chair and organized a wiffle ball tournament.
It was one of the hottest days we have had yet in Reno, but we still had a great time and some big laughs along the way.
My husband is an engineer! :) They can be very fun and quirky! I'm glad you're working in a fun office environment! xo
