A blessing...

This beautiful belly (which I have photographed before) is full of baby once again. I was honored to be a part of the blessing yesterday.

If you are interested in having any henna work done please contact me and I can put you in contact with Kim, the artist. She does more then just bellies and was recently featured in the Reno News and Review doing a bridal blessing. As you can see, her work is beautiful. And if you are interested in documenting the amazing artistic process,I would be happy to tag along and take pictures!

  1. This is so beautiful - that you captured the process for both the artist and the mama. I'd love to see how it looks after it's dried and washed off.

  4. Beautiful Vanessa! I'm so glad I could be a part of this! In answer to the previous post, I am doing henna at Yoga Loka, and I'm there every Saturday from 12 PM to around 1 PM. I teach a vinyasa class from 10:30 to 12 on Sat, and then pull out the henna cones after class.
