saturday in the park

So glad we put off chores to go to the park yesterday afternoon.
Look what fun we had...
Started the evening off with a little boccie ball. I think we have a future player on our hands.

We ate. Mmm, hummus, sticks and frogs-- wait, WAH?

Once our tummies were full (of real food) we went and played on the swings.
(look at that magicly hour light- this is straight out of the camera! awesome.)

  3. I love your photography! These really capture summer. Your little one cracks me up.

Oh and I bought my Holga off of http://www.freestylephoto.biz/

Every Holga is different, so if you get one with light leaks you can always tape it up.. unless you dig that. I buy 120 slide film and then cross process it in the C41 chemistry. (The lab you take it to will understand those instructions.)

  11. Love your tastes of summer, frogs included ... we eat them fried over here, or we used to, at least! It's a traditional dish from when frogs used to be abundant in the rice growing areas in Northern Italy. Nowadays because of pesticides there are no more frogs, either fried or in the wild.
