These two were quite the pair. Their coral was right next to the house we stayed at and every now and then they would send out a loud 'EEEEEeeeee-ahhhhh, ahh , ah'.
One evening after a walk we came home to find that Spencer had knocked out a rail in the fence and was helping himself happily to the feed near the barn.
Silly donkey.
(We let their owner know and he was down in a heart beat on his ATV with some treats to lure the furry dude back into the coral).
All week long, when I would see or hear them I couldn't help but say "Donkey" the way Shrek does. tee hee.
