Foam Fest!!!

My best-friend and I have done some silly things together, but yesterday's Foam Fest 5K run might be up there on the list.

It was a windy and cold day up at Rancho San Rafael Park.

We waited until the last minute to take our sweatshirt off. BURR...

Andy and the kids were nice enough to come up and cheer us, as well as snap a few photos of the even for me.

The run was a little harder than I thought it was going to be. I forgot about all the great hills at the park.
(I need to get over there to train for what ever crazy race I decide to do next.)

The obstacles were silly and fun.
They included slip and slides, mud. a couple of walls to climb and of course, a lot of FOAM!!!
I wish it had been a tad warmer, it literally took me the entire day to warm back up.
